There are 13: Candles, Bars, Hollow candles, Heikin Ashi, Line, Area, Baseline, Columns, Step line, Line with markers, High-Low, Volume candles and HLC area. Choose one from the chart-type button at the top of the chart or in Chart settings.

Every plan has 1, 5, 15 and 30 minutes, 1, 2, 4 and 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week and 1 month. Starter and higher plans add 10 and 30-second bars and custom timeframes. Star a timeframe to keep it in the toolbar.

More than 90, in seven groups: lines and channels (including pitchforks), Gann and Fibonacci, patterns (XABCD, head and shoulders, Elliott waves and more), forecasting and measuring (long and short positions, anchored VWAP, volume profiles, ranges), shapes, text and notes, and icons. All of them are available on every plan.

Choose a tool from the toolbar on the left (on mobile, from the chart's bottom bar), then click or tap the points it needs. Select a drawing to change its colour or lock it, and double-click it for all its settings, including the timeframes where it is visible.

Yes. Drawings made on an indicator panel stay in that panel and move with it.

Press Indicators at the top of the chart, search or browse the categories and click a name. Star indicators to find them quickly in Favourites.

Hover the indicator's row at the top left of the chart or its panel and press the gear. You can change its inputs, colours, line widths and styles, or reset it to the defaults. The eye hides it and the cross removes it.

2 on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Trader, 25 on Pro and 50 on Elite.

Pro and Elite unlock AlertaChart's own indicators, such as Smart Money Concepts, supply and demand zones, killzones, confluence and trend-strength heatmaps, liquidity vacuum, institutional traps, Wyckoff, higher-timeframe candles, RSI divergences, SuperTrend, Cipher B, VWAP bands and more, together with Auto Analysis and automatic chart patterns.

Open Chart settings from the gear at the top of the chart. The Symbol tab has candle colours, Canvas has the background, grid, crosshair and watermark, and Scales has the labels. Save the result as a template to use it again.

Yes. In Chart settings under Scales, or from the price-scale menu, you can hide it, give it your own colour and opacity instead of the candle colour, make it solid, dotted or dashed, and set its width from 1 to 4.

Click the clock at the bottom right of the chart and choose a city, or keep your device's local time. The time axis and crosshair follow your choice, including daylight-saving changes.

There are 49 layouts. You can show 1 chart on Free, 2 on Starter, 4 on Trader, 8 on Pro and 16 on Elite. Charts can be linked by symbol, timeframe, crosshair and drawings.

Yes, from the Trader plan. A saved layout remembers the grid, every chart's symbol and timeframe, indicators, time zone and linking. Save with Ctrl+S or Cmd+S, switch between layouts from the layout menu, and find them on your other devices.

From the Starter plan, press Replay, click the bar where you want to start, and move forward bar by bar or let it play. The bars after your starting point stay hidden, so you practise without knowing what comes next.

Auto Analysis (Pro) reads the candles on your screen and draws support and resistance zones, Fibonacci levels and a volume profile automatically.

Up to 2,500 bars on Free, 10,000 on Starter and Trader, 20,000 on Pro and 40,000 on Elite. How far back that goes depends on the timeframe and on how long the market has existed.

Crypto spot and perpetual markets from several exchanges, crypto indices such as TOTAL and BTC.D, and — from the Trader plan — stocks from the US, UK, Hong Kong and mainland China, around fifty forex pairs and 33 CME futures.

Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase and Hyperliquid, spot and perpetual where the exchange offers them. Search results show the exchange and market of each row.

It marks the perpetual futures contract. BTC USDT is Bitcoin spot and BTC USDT.P is the Bitcoin perpetual. They are separate charts and separate watchlist rows, and an alert on one does not fire for the other.

From the Trader plan: shares listed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and around fifty forex pairs including the majors, crosses and pairs such as USD/TRY and EUR/TRY.

33 continuous CME Group futures from the Trader plan: Bitcoin and Ether, S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, Dow and Russell 2000 (including micros), gold, silver, copper, oil, natural gas, US Treasuries, currencies and agricultural contracts. They appear as, for example, CME:BTC1!.

A free overview page with total crypto market value and dominance, the biggest crypto and US stock movers, major indices, commodities and currencies, US macro data such as inflation, jobs, growth and the Fed, the IPO calendar and the latest community posts.

Yes. Crypto prices update live, and stocks, forex and futures update live during their trading hours. The dot next to the symbol shows whether the chart is connected.

Press + at the top of the watchlist and search. Crypto, perpetuals, stocks, forex, futures and indices are all in the same search. Click a result to add it.

Yes. Free has 1 list of up to 10 symbols. Starter has 3 lists, Trader 5, Pro 10 and Elite 25, all with unlimited symbols.

Yes. Export a list as a file to back it up or share it, and import a file to build a list quickly. Duplicates and symbols beyond your plan's limit are skipped.

Right-click the chart at a price and choose "Set price alert", press the 🔔 next to the price scale, or use "Add alert" in the watchlist or Alerts panel. Choose the condition, once or every time, and how you want to be notified.

Crossing, crossing up, crossing down, greater than, less than, entering, exiting, inside or outside a channel, and moving up or down by an amount or a percentage.

With a paid plan, alerts on Binance crypto markets (spot and perpetual) are watched around the clock and reach your phone even when the app is closed; some pairs such as TRY pairs can be up to 30 minutes late. Alerts on stocks, forex, CME futures and other exchanges, and all alerts on the Free plan, work while AlertaChart is open.

Price alerts: 2 on Free, 20 on Starter, 100 on Trader, 400 on Pro and 1,000 on Elite. Pro and Elite also include 400 and 1,000 technical alerts and 2 and 15 watchlist alerts.

Pro alert types. Technical alerts watch indicators such as RSI, MACD or Stochastic; trendline alerts follow a sloped line; watchlist alerts apply one indicator rule, such as RSI below 30, to every symbol in a list at once.

With Pro you can create percentage-change, volume-spike and funding-rate alerts under Settings, and get automatic alerts when major coins approach round price levels.

Yes, with Pro. Turn on exchange listings in your notification settings and you will hear the moment Binance, Bybit, Coinbase or Upbit announces a new coin. The announcements page shows the details.

Yes, with Pro on the mobile app: single liquidations of 1 million dollars or more are sent as notifications. In the Liquidations panel you can filter by any size.

Yes. Triggered alerts move to the log in the Alerts panel with the time and price.

CVD, net position, funding, open interest, trade bubbles and the liquidation heatmap, plus the Liquidations and Funding panels, the Level 2 order book and AGGR. They are part of Pro and Elite and work on crypto perpetual markets.

Liquidations shows forced closings live with side, symbol, price and size, filterable by size. Funding shows the countdown to the next payment, the most positive and negative rates and a searchable list with mark price and open interest.

A live tape and chart that combines the trades of several exchanges, so you can see where large buyers and sellers are active. It is part of Pro and Elite.

The live news feed shows headlines and economic releases as they happen. From the Trader plan headlines are translated into your language within seconds.

Yes, from the Trader plan. Run an AlertaScript strategy and the Strategy tester shows net profit, win rate, drawdown, every trade and the equity curve. You can export the report as a file.

A paper-trading account in Pro and Elite. You trade live prices with 100,000 virtual dollars using market, limit and stop orders, leverage, take profit and stop loss, and can reset the account at any time.

A place to share chart ideas, AlertaScript scripts and short opinions. Follow authors, like and comment, and install scripts with one click. Only the chart snapshot you publish is shared, never your own drawings or workspace.

Starter removes ads and adds alerts that work when the app is closed, Bar Replay and second-based timeframes. Trader adds stocks, forex, CME futures, AlertaScript, the strategy tester, Discover, saved layouts and sync. Pro adds order flow, the Pro indicators, Pro alert types and Alerta Practice. Elite has the highest limits.

On the web through Lemon Squeezy, on iPhone and iPad through the App Store, and on Android through Google Play. Billing, renewal, changes and refunds are handled by the channel where you subscribed. Use the same AlertaChart account on every device.

Creating an account does not start a trial by itself. Eligible new subscribers on iOS or Android may see a 3-day free trial on some monthly plans; the offer on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen is what applies. Web purchases do not include a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the store renews at the price shown.

iOS payments are processed by Apple, Android payments by Google Play, and web payments by Lemon Squeezy. The provider decides which cards, wallet balance or local payment methods are accepted. The final currency, tax and total shown on its checkout screen are authoritative.

Manage an iOS purchase in App Store Subscriptions, an Android purchase in Google Play Subscriptions, and a web purchase through the Lemon Squeezy customer-portal link in its confirmation email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access normally remains until the current paid or trial period ends. A refund is a separate request handled under that provider’s rules.

Make the change where you subscribed: the App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android, or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal on the web. Whether the change applies immediately or at the end of the period depends on the store; the date and amount on the confirmation screen are what apply.

An active Premium subscription from the App Store or Google Play gives you Elite access. Its price and renewal stay as they were in the store. When it ends or is not renewed, your access moves to the plan you have at that time.

Check that the subscription is active in the store where you bought it and that you are signed in with the same AlertaChart account. A new purchase can take a minute or two. On mobile, use Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, send a support request with the date of purchase.

On iPhone or Android it checks the purchases in your store account and applies your plan to the AlertaChart account you are signed in with. It does not charge you again. It cannot move a purchase made with a different Apple or Google account.

Payments and refunds are handled by the store: Apple for iOS, Google Play for Android and Lemon Squeezy for the web. Before trying again, check whether the order was already created. Request refunds from the same store, following its rules.

Your plan is attached to the AlertaChart account you were signed in with when you bought it. Sign in with that same account on the web, iPhone, iPad and Android, and your plan is available everywhere. A purchase does not move by itself to a different Apple, Google or AlertaChart account.

iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and any modern web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. You can also add the website to your home screen.

Yes. On Free and Starter they are kept on each device. From the Trader plan your watchlists, drawings, scripts and saved layouts are also saved to your account and appear on every device where you sign in.

Yes. The account page lists your active sessions. You can end one of them, for example on a computer you no longer use, or sign out of every device at once.

AlertaChart is available in 23 languages. Choose the language on the account page, and switch between the light and dark theme in the same place.

No. Live prices, charts, alerts, your plan and syncing need an internet connection. A screen you opened before may stay visible offline, but its prices will not be current.

Send a support request from the Help Center. Describe the problem and add a screenshot if you can. Your requests and our replies appear under "My Open Requests" on the same page.

From the account page. Deleting removes your profile and saved data. It does not cancel a store subscription by itself, so cancel it in the App Store, Google Play or the web customer portal first.
